SHIPPING
There is a 2-3 days processing time + 3-5 days shipping time (after package is delivered to carrier) depending on the shipping method you choose at checkout.
CHANGES & CANCELATIONS
Please note that orders cannot be changed or canceled after they are placed. Please take your time and verify that all information (name, address, e-mail, card info. ) and items placed are accurate.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Because we take our time to ensure the quality and accuracy of the items shipped, we do not accept refunds, exchanges and or returns. If you receive a damaged item(s) or the wrong item(s), we will accept an exchange for the same item(s) you ordered but we will not refund money. Under such a condition, please contact us immediately within 12 hours of delivery with an explanation, pictures and your order number. Please note that after the 12 hours, we cannot replace your item. Also note that items will only be replaced when the damaged/wrong item(s) sent to you is returned back to us. Depending on your specific situation, return mailing charges may be covered by us.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
After we deliver your order(s) to the carrier, we are not liable for any lost or stolen item(s). Please always take your time and review your order for accuracy before submitting. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you after we drop off your order(s) to carrier.
